Fans can expect a behind-the-scenes look at the family’s drama with Blac Chyna in the next season of The Kardashians.
The Kardashian-Jenners won Chyna’s $100 million defamation lawsuit this year. Chyna sued Kris, Kylie, Khloe, and Kim Kardashian in 2018 after Rob & Chyna was canceled. She claimed her family interfered with her E! contract to cancel the show.
A judge ruled that the Kardashian-Jenners didn’t defame Chyna and owed her no damages.
Fans Won’t See Inside The Kardashian Vs. Blac Chyna Court Room
The Kardashians, the spin-off of Keeping Up with the Kardashians that is only available on Hulu, did not include any of the family’s drama with Chyna in its first season. On the other hand, it has been established that the drama will be investigated during the following season, but not necessarily in the way that fans might be anticipating.
King emphasized that the family did not want the entire ordeal that occurred in the courtroom to be captured on film. Nevertheless, the cameras were able to record private moments outside of the courtroom in which the family discussed the drama.
“They are restricted in certain ways. They will say something to the effect of “We do not want this shot.” King carried on further. “I have the utmost respect for that. However, there will eventually be a discussion about it at another time when we are filming, and we will elaborate on that in some way, shape, or form.
She added, “Perhaps we didn’t cover the beginning of a conversation, but it comes up later.”
Chyna’s legal team has vowed to appeal. If the legal battle drags on, The Kardashians may have more content beyond season 2.
Khloe’s reaction to Tristan Thompson’s paternity scandal ended season one. The NBA star fathered a child while dating Khloe. Earlier episodes showed her sisters’ reactions. Kylie called Tristan the “worst person on the planet” when Kim told her.
Khloe has reportedly started dating someone new, so maybe her mystery man will be in season two.
