Sojo Spa Club in New Jersey has 140,000 square feet and four stories. It has eight pools, a sensual waterfall that erupts like a volcano, and places to rest so that everyone can enjoy washing. Soja spa is one of the most popular in the country. People go there all year long to smell the carbon-rich water.

No matter what race you are or how you look, the service at Sojo Spa Club is excellent. Everyone is treated with respect by therapists. This treatment makes sure that people will come back. I’ll take you on a tour of the most popular spa in the world. I’ll take a tour of the 140,000-square-foot building. There are waterfalls, alluring pools, and treatment rooms that look like paradise. Even though you never left home, it feels like home.

Instructions for Visiting the Sojo Spa Club

It is necessary to drive down to Sojo Spa. You can take a shuttle from New Jersey, but people from Manhattan get a free ride. The Sojo shuttle stops at W 39th St. and 9th Ave. Appointments for the weekend must be made ahead of time because they are in high demand. Between Edgewater and Midtown West, there is also a ferry van, but you have to walk 17 minutes or take a bus to get there.

Ferries cost $60 during the week and $80 on the weekends. If you aren’t getting a $150 treatment, stick to spas close to where you live. Spending $100 on transportation for a $50 scrub doesn’t make sense. On your first trip, bring sunscreen and a swimsuit. Sojo has spa suits, but you can’t wear swimwear that shows too much skin. If you go to Sojo Spa Club and can’t swim because you forgot your swimsuit, you’ll be sad.

What Activity Performed on Every Floor?

Every floor has different activities. The third floor is the least used, and treatment starts on the fourth floor. Check for safety on the first floor. A security guard always looks around, and you may have to lock up valuables. Your property is safe when you have a guard. Here’s a list of what’s on each floor.

The First Floor

Before you put your shoes in the locker, this is where you pay and go through security checks. You must go barefoot or in flip-flops to the treatment table. You’ll get a wristband with a payment code after you pay. The bracelet is a bank card. It helps pay for food, drinks, and counseling. The cashier on the first floor will tell you how much you can use.

Second And Third Floors

Know only a little about what goes on in that area. When you come back, you are more than welcome to take a short walk.

Fourth Floor

The fourth floor has a lot to offer. There are lockers, bathhouses, a hydrotherapy pool, and a hinoki bar. The floor with all the action or “fourth heaven” Here is where you can get your towel and robe. You can also use the bathroom and shower before visiting the bathhouse. Since I didn’t have shoes on, I was worried about getting urine on my feet. I was lucky to have slippers made of paper.

  • Scrubs:

Scrubs like the “bathhouse” on the fourth floor. It has saunas, steam rooms, and bathtubs. Body scrubs can be found at bathhouses. Sojo Spa uses the same method as a Korean bathhouse to get rid of old skin. Groups get scrubs. Bring a friend or family member with you to the bathhouse. When giving scrubs, people who work at the Sojo Spa Clubput more emphasis on neatness than on cleanliness. Before a scrub, you have to spend 30 minutes in a hot tub.

Then you must come out of the baths without clothes on. If you’re shy like I am, you can keep your swimsuit, but it will make it hard to move around. But it won’t be taken away without your permission.

Sojo Spa Club gives you a full body scrub. There’s even your belly button. Some parts may hurt, like the knees and elbows, but other parts won’t. After scrubbing, rinsing, massaging with oil, rinsing, putting on a mask, shampooing, and rinsing All this makes you feel as soft as a new baby. A medium treatment costs $115 if you don’t want the shampoo and cucumber. The key parts of the treatment are the scrub and oil massage. A shampoo mask seems pointless. With the extra money, you could pay for a ride home.

  • A Special Kind of Swimming Pool for Hydrotherapy

At the Sojo spa, the large “L”-shaped hydrotherapy pool is enclosed on all sides to give a sense of privacy. Customers who want to be hit by water jets pay money to the covered side, which acts as a host. The water is warm, reaching about 85 degrees, and there is also a hot tub.

  • Hinoki Bath

Before I went to the Sojo, I didn’t know what a hinoki bath was. I didn’t want to do it, but I did so I could have a lot to talk about. Hinoki thiol makes the water smell like lemons. This smell of citrus makes me feel calm. I really like how clean the pool is. Looking like you’re bathing in Eden.

  • The Ice-Cold Waterfall in All Its Glory

The carbon-rich bath wasn’t for me, but going all the way down to the Sojo Spa Club just to take pictures of myself in front of the freezing waterfall wouldn’t have been much of a waste of time. After getting a painful massage, you can join the thousands of other people taking selfies behind this spot in the photo zone.

When I reached the icy waterfall, I was done with the fourth floor. But I made sure to take pictures everywhere, starting in the locker room and going all the way up to my favorite spot, the hinoki pool. As I moved up to the fifth level, I found myself wishing it had the same feeling.

The Fifth Floor

Saunas on the 5th floor. I didn’t see a pool and gave up on finding another Pic zone. On the fifth floor, there are red clay, Himalayan, and infrared saunas. The room that was supposed to be cold after the sauna wasn’t cold enough. We need a bathroom to wash off the sweat.

  • Himalayan Salted Sauna

The Himalayan salt sauna is one of the best things about the fifth level. I wanted to find out why this stone is called a “Himalayan salted sauna” for myself, so I poked it with my finger and then stuck my tongue into it. The heat from the bricks had a smoky, salty taste. Even though the Himalayan salt sauna wasn’t the best place to pull out your phone, there were many beautiful things I wish I had taken pictures of.

The Sixth Floor

After going all the way through this huge building, I found food on the sixth floor. You can’t bring food in from the outside, so you have to buy all of your food on the sixth floor. Food is cheap and comes in many forms. Sandwiches, smoothies, and hot pork rice bowls are all on the menu. Since I didn’t like chopsticks, I ate with a fork. Try something different the next time.

A snack stand and a volcanic sand bath are on the sixth floor. This is the cheapest treatment Sojo can get, not counting food. The price was $20. I just had to put on a cotton robe and lay down for a man to fill me with hot sand. This is done to improve blood flow, but after 10 minutes, I was done. Outside, I rolled sand off of myself. I wanted to take a bath. Since there weren’t any, I put on my spa clothes and went to the seventh floor.

The Seventh Floor

On the seventh level, you can rent a private cabana, and there is also a grill outside. On the other hand, I was most interested in the infinity pool, which was the perfect place for me to take selfies.

What Did Sojo Spa Club Cost?

McPartland was quoted as saying, “I can’t wait for it to open. It’s a great business.” It won’t put too much pressure on our education system, it will give us a good return, and it will involve the whole family. McPartland says that more than thirty million dollars were spent on building the spa. For day passes or memberships, there was no price information available.

Final Thoughts!

Sojo Spa Club is once-in-a-lifetime. I liked how things were set up and put together. All of the therapists seemed sure of themselves. Too many saunas? After going to the sixth floor, I felt terrible. I wish one of the saunas was a bathroom or shower. There are many places to take pictures at spas. For treatment, you can eat for free and use a number of free amenities. Without your wristband, you can’t show that you paid.
