Yogurt is formed by the fermentation of bacteria in milk and rich in nutrients and also rich in proteins and is beneficial for heart diseases. It is also used for digesting food and also used to gain weight. They control diseases like the gut and also help to reduce weight loss also used to maintain the digestive level of the body eating yogurt daily can make our muscles and bones strong because it contains calcium that maintains our immune system. We eat yogurt early in the morning when the stomach is empty because it is reached the large intestine and makes the intestine active to digest the food properly.

Further, we say that it deals with the diseases like diarrhea and blood consumption and is also beneficial for asthma patients because it can reduce the rate of allergens which is very harmful to patients with asthma. It also makes our teeth shiny and pretty. Yogurt can remove the dark circles from the skin and makes the skin tight and mature.

Tomatoes are rich in proteins and are used to complete the lack of vitamin C and give benefits for the inflammation of the liver and also reduce the heart rate and cancers and also helpful for the skin that burns. It is the most important diet of the body that also protects the cells before the damage. It is dark red which helps to protect the ultraviolet rays to reach the skin. Eating tomatoes daily can reduce blood pressure and makes red blood cells and white blood cells and also plays a vital role in the proper function of the heart. The best time of eating tomatoes is early in the morning. Tomatoes are also beneficial for the skin which fight against the free cells of the body and also boost our digestive system.

#2 Green vegetables

The green vegetable can control blood pressure, heart diseases, tumors, and stones in the kidney, and also contains vitamin A and vitamin C. For example Cabbage, Broccoli, etc. Eating more green vegetables can tight our skin and also help in mental health and eating leafy green vegetables can improve our gut health and also support our bones and belly and boost our immune system and makes our body healthy and strong and they also protect from many diseases and also helpful in gaining weight and makes the body strong.

#3 Fatty fish

Fatty fishes   

Fish is rich in minerals, nutrients, and proteins such as iron, zinc, potassium, etc and reduces inflammation and heart chronic diseases fish also contain vitamin D which is used for growth development. They are also important for the brain and stomach and very excellent for the skin. They can make the skin shiner, thick, and moist because they contain high-quality proteins and minerals that make our muscles strong and healthy and contain the vitamin B612. It is the most valuable for our balanced diet which is necessary for our body and it also reduces the rate of heart attacks and other attacks in the body and is also used for the healing of wounds.

#4 Sweet potatoes

   Sweet potatoes are excellent in nutrients and minerals and contain vitamin c as potassium and also contain complex carbs which are also beneficial for gut diseases and also provide vision to our sight.  The presence of vitamin D also gives bright vision to our site and these potatoes also provide improvement in brain function and also reduce hate rate and control blood pressure. 

Furthermore, it is used for the complete digestion of food and also controls blood consumption, and makes the immune system strong and healthy which is also helpful for the bright vision of sight because of the presence of vitamin D.

This butter contains vitamin E and is also rich in calories and also contains iron, magnesium, and vitamin B6 that protect the heart from vascular diseases, and also control cholesterol. This butter is also beneficial for weight gain, makes n more mature and improves the brain and can help our eyes’ vision an,d makes our muscles healthier. They also reduce the rate of cancer and help the strengthening of bones.

          Milk contains vitamin C. It is beneficial for the bones and teeth development and also important for growth and reduces high blood pressure and cholesterol level and control depression and make brain health and used to make strong muscles and also control cancers and also reduces the rate of diseases like cardiovascular diseases. They are a source of calcium and make the skin glowing and help to control depression and 

control the diseases in the heart. Milk also fights against diseases and makes the skin glowing and shiner and also fights against the oxidation carrying capacity.

#7 Grain, beans, and nuts

             It plays a vital role in our balanced diet and contains carbohydrates and fibers that reduce heart rate diseases and diabetes mellitus. Eating beans daily can control our cholesterol level and also control our heart rate and help to prevent cell damage and fight against diseases and make our arms and knees strong and also help in brain development.

                    It contains vitamin K which plays an important role in heart diseases and is important for blood clots and bone health and controls blood pressure and also gives strength to our bones and teeth and also helps in mental health. They contain low calories but are rich in nutrients and they also deal with cancers and reduce DNA damage. It is also called the king of food. It is also helpful for the sugar patient and also controls the tumors in the skin and gut and reduces the cholesterol level and makes the body normal and protects blood to become damaged.

Water 

            Water can contain nutrients and maintain our oxygen level in the body and also cleans our intestine and stomach and also control some other diseases like osteoporosis and inflammation in joints. Water also helps to prevent constipation and cleans our urinary bladder from bacteria and normalizes the blood pressure by adding enzymes to our body. Water also protects our tissue and organ system the also helps to maintain the body temperature toward normal.
